Single-color light and textured cel-shading There are multiple ways of achieving cel-shading with Eevee. There is no one-way to do it, each one has its pros and cons. I'll explain a simple one that offers nice flexibility. Limitation Only one color of light and one color of shadow is possible. You can't have a red light and a green light at the same time.
